Smart investment reaps big rewards for one of our clients

In 2019, the WhiteStar team was proud to assist one of our clients in buying a new, turn-key property, with everything included, for just $413,439.

The client then rented the home out for $1629 per month, which comfortably covered their mortgage repayments.

In October this year, after owning the investment property for just 30 months, they sold it for $535,000 – an increase in value of almost 30%.

They then used some of that return to help pay off the loan on their own home, reducing their mortgage by a massive 80% and opening up a host of new property opportunities.
