FAQ’S

Q) Can I refer anyone?

A) Of course we are happy to talk to anyone who needs help.  However we can only say Thank you for referrals that proceed to an application.

Q) What if I know someone and they came to Whitestar directly but I didnt refer them?

A) We will need to note that they were a referral when they first contact us. please make sure you tell them to let us know or you could also seek permission and provide their details to our team.  We always ask how people came to us. If they advise us they were referred we will ask who and make a note of the name and contact number. We want to say Thank You.    If they came directly to us and didn’t let us know they were referred or were referred from someone else we cannot change it to you. Sorry.

Q) Can I save up the Prezzie Vouchers?

A) Of course. But please ensure you pay attention to the terms and conditions when your receive your vouchers.

Q) What does WhiteStar Get out of it?

A) WhiteStar has costs and overheads like all businesses.  Working with referrals is nicer for our team as well as more costs effective for us.  This is why we want to share the Thank you with those that trust us with their friends and family.

Q) Can I ask WhiteStar about my referrals and their applications?

A) We are sorry but due to confidentiality and privacy we will not discuss any details of the application or enquiry.  We can let you know if you are entitled to the referral thank you or not.  If our team are able to submit and application for your referral you will be entitled to the Thank You Gift Card.

  **T & C’s do apply- We must be able to verify the Referrers Details for each referral for any finance that proceeds to an Application and is Submitted to the lender.   We shall attempt to contact and verify Phone and Email 3 times only. Via Phone Email & SMS.
